The hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport (a very smooth service!). The breakfast was good, and the a la carte menu seemed great too. Communication from the hotel was excellent.
The bed had wheels. This was a bit inconvenient. The room lighting was insufficient (a brighter light would be very helpful).

the room was very clean. breakfast was quite good. i found the provided items in the buffet sufficient for my needs. the location near the mall proved useful for a quick shopping trip.
the room lighting was insufficient. i could not switch off some lights, as it was all or nothing. i believe the lighting should be more controllable.

The hotel offered a free airport pick-up and return, very helpful. I stored a bag there (it was free for 3 days and then 50 THB per day). The pool was great (especially after a long flight).
The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when I got there.

the airport shuttle was very efficient, taking only about five minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. communication was clear and timely. the room i had was simple, somewhat small, but clean and i think it offered good value. staff members were consistently helpful and friendly, addressing my needs promptly. i saw a department store just a short five-minute walk away, convenient.
The in-room safe was not working properly, requiring a call to the front desk for assistance. It was a minor inconvenience though quickly resolved.
